John transferred from blue ocean sailing to sea kayaking in the mid 1990's. Since then he has progressed rapidly through personal skills and qualifications. He is currently qualified as a British Canoe Union (BCU) Level 4 Coach Sea and 5 Star Sea paddler.
He is also an American Canoe Association (ACA) Open Water Instructor. John enjoys pushing his limits in any boat on any water and helping others understand the ocean environment and how to enjoy it in a safe and efficient manner.
