Let's go paddling!

At Sea Cliff Kayakers, our goals are to utilize the ever changing environment of the sea to develop strong building blocks in personal paddling, as well as, seamanship skills. By developing a strong foundation, we find that paddlers are able to negotiate the surf, navigate the fog, time the crossing, or rescue the group member. Our emphasis is on proper performance of skills, avoiding injuries, keeping safe but most of all having fun in an amazing environment.

Although our home base is in Boothbay, Maine, we will have a limited schedule at Sea Cliff on the north shore of Long Island. Should you have a group that wants to plan a training session in your local waters, contact us and when practical, we will come to you!

Lake Champlain Sea Kayak Institute

Mark your calendars and plan to join us for the tenth annual Lake Champlain Sea Kayak Institute, Summer 2008! The program begins with our new Level II residential program from Monday, July 14 - Thursday, July 18. At the end of the week, we host the annual "Round-the-Island Race ." followed by a two day demo weekend. the popular 4-day Level I class runs the following week (July 22-25). All our sponsors are back, plus a few new ones, and Necky and MTI Adventurewear are supporting us as underwriters.
